The tour begins at the marketplace bus stop and lasts approximately 45 minutes, while being accompanied by expert moderation

March - December daily
From December 21 to December 26 NO tours. From December 27th to December 30th, round fences from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm every full hour.

From December 31 - 28./29. February WINTER BREAK. From 01. March we are back for you

Wernigerode:

From bus stop Blumenuhr (behind the historic town hall).

During the tour you will receive information about the history and the townscape of Wernigerode.

Tours may be cancelled due to snowy or icy conditions

Tours in the week and on Sundays start every full hour from 10:00 to 16:00. Tours on Saturdays are available from April onwards every full and half hour from 10:00 to 16:00.

Pre-ordered tour groups may cause daily departure time changes. Changed departure times are posted at the marketplace bus stop at 9:45 clock. We ask for your understanding for unforeseen occurrences caused by other transport companies (bus / train), which may necessitate a short-term change of the timetable.

Please arrive at the bus stop 5 minutes before departure and inform us in case of delays (mobile phone number). Seats will be sold to other customers if groups are not present at the bus stop 5 minutes before departure.
